How do I view studio rental availability?
Availability is up to date on our booking page.
If a date or time is not listed, the studio is unavailable.

How much does it cost to rent the studio?
Hourly rentals are $100/hr. We offer packages at a discounted rate.

What are your hours?
We are open daily, 8am-9pm.

Can you accommodate last-minute rentals or after hour rentals?
Yes, we will do our best! Please contact us directly by emailing sixthcitystudio@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

Is parking available?
Yes. There is street parking available as well as an overflow parking lot that is located across the street from our building on the corner of Lakeside and E49th St.

Can I arrive early to set up for my rental?
All rentals will begin promptly at the rented time. No early access is permitted.
Please account for setup and cleanup time when booking.

What is the check in process?

Weekday Rentals before 6pm: The main entrance of our building is open from 8am-6pm during the week. You'll go in a glass door to the lobby take the elevator to the 4th floor. The entrance to our studio is the first door on your right. Use the key code that was emailed to you to access the studio. This code will be sent 24 hour before your rental, if you do not receive a code by this time please email us at sixthcitystudio@gmail.com.

Weekend Rentals & Weekday Rentals after 6pm: Please call 216-999-7026 when you arrive for your rental. The building is locked on the weekends and after 6pm so the studio managers will need to let you and your clients into the building.

Do you provide lighting equipment?
Yes, the following continuous lighting is available and included with all rentals: LED RGB Light Panel (x1), RGB Tube Lights (x4), Aperture Light with Lantern Attachment (x2). The studio also has great natural light if you would prefer not to use additional lighting.

Do you have a dressing room?
Yes, there is a private dressing room within the studio that features two hair/makeup stations, a clothing rack, and a commercial steamer.

Do you allow pets in the studio?
Yes! We just ask that pets are kept off of the leather couch so it doesn’t get damaged. There are dog treats in the dressing room for our furry friends!

How many people are allowed in the studio at one time?
There is a 30 person capacity limit for most photo and video shoots. If you need increased capacity please email sixthcitystuido@gmail.com prior to your rental.
